Green olives hand-picked in early November and milled the same day. Cold extraction (below 27 °C), unhurried: a vivid-green EVOO with a herbaceous entry and a long almond finish. Presented in a 500 ml protective dark glass bottle with dosing cap. Limited annual edition from the family olive grove in Limones, Moclín (Granada).
